汇源社区是广东省中山市沙溪镇下辖的社区，属于城乡分类中的主城区，创立于20世纪50年代。[1][2]社区名称寓有汇聚财源的意思。[1]
社区内有体育馆、图书馆、学校、医院、市场等配套，还有多个住宅小区。[2]2021年9月，其中一部分析置为溪角社区。[3]
历史沿革[edit]
汇源最初于1997年以居委会的形式设立；2002年下朗一带的居委会并入其中，机构随之更名为社区居委会。[1]此后，2021年9月析出溪角社区，汇源的辖区范围随之缩小。[3]
荣誉[edit]
社区获评「2021年度中山市绿色社区」，2024年初又被确定为「2023年广东省民主法治示范村（社区）」。[1]此前，社区获得过「广东省城市体育先进社区」「广东省六好平安和谐社区」等省级奖励。[2]
