骏达社区是东坑镇于2010年11月设立的社区，是东坑镇首个以承接新莞人积分入户为主要职能的社区，辖区主要为正崴科技园。[2][3]

设立与职能[edit]

据博雅地名网，骏达社区于2010年11月成立，宗旨是服务新莞人、完善厂区配套服务。至2017年5月中旬，经积分入户进入社区的有274户，共614人，多为青壮年。[2]

博雅地名网称，社区工作人员包括清洁工与保安在内共19人，全部经费由镇财政供给。[2]

辖区与现状[edit]

据东坑镇政府网，社区的辖区主要是正崴科技园，园区占地约0.56平方公里，有13家企业、3栋大型出租屋和25家小商铺。2022年12月起，社区接管了8个住宅小区的公共服务管理，小区占地约62万平方米。[1]

截至2025年11月，社区登记的户籍居民为15360人。辖区企业与小区合计常住约1.8万人，住宅区常住居民约八千，企业员工约一万人。[1]

社区先后获得「广东省和谐劳动示范区」「广东省宜居社区」「广东省妇女之家」等省级称号。[1]
