朗厦村在桥头镇北面，东深公路与龙桥路穿村而过，附近是东部快速干线和东江大道，出行方便。[4][2]

镇政府网站称，村域占地452公顷。到2026年时，户籍人口约2100人，外来人口约一万。[2]

历史沿革[edit]

据博雅地名网，元朝后期，李姓与黄姓村民从南雄珠玑巷迁来，在朗地矮山脚下建村，最初叫朗下。解放初，它与李屋、邓屋共组李朗乡，此后改为大队、乡与管理区，1999年改设村委会。[1]

镇政府网站载，村内市场主体有1200余家。工业企业中，44家达到规模以上，17家是高新技术企业，5家属专精特新。[2]

博雅地名网概况页（年份不详）写道，朗厦村中部现建成村级工业区2个，村子约有4平方千米。[3]

李氏大宗祠与瞭望楼都是市级不可移动文物，村旁还有虎尾岭、坳背龙等自然景观。镇政府网站称，2025年朗厦村通过了广东省第三批「百千万工程」典型村的验收。[2]
