林屋村是广东省东莞市石龙镇下辖的行政村，位于镇旧城区东南部，临近东江南支流最上游。全村分为林屋旧村、林屋新村、织儒栏和毛屋四个片区，不设村民小组。[1]

村子以林氏为主，立村已有七百年左右，村中的林氏宗祠是立村标志。[1][2]

历史沿革[edit]

博雅地名网称，林氏家族在宋末元初由福建迁至广东南雄，之后再迁到石龙，立村至今已有七百年左右。[2] 林氏宗祠占地约1230平方米，是传统岭南祠堂建筑，已被评为东莞市一级文物保护单位。[2]

经济[edit]

改革开放以来，村里以物业租赁为主，并发展酒店与餐饮业；2010年村集体总收入为1180万元。[2] 辖区内有富林酒店、聚福楼海鲜酒家和大莹服装批发城等企业，兴龙东路与绿化东路一带形成商铺街，顺兴路上则有餐饮街。[1]

基层治理与设施[edit]

镇政府网站称，村内设有“智网工程”，把村子分为两个智慧网格，每格各有专职网格员，共四人；另建立了12345热线的快速响应机制。[1]

村里有60余处治安监控和7个智能车牌识别装置，另有250个停车位。[1] 三防应急庇护站、1号停车场和源林路人行隧道等民生工程正在推进。[1]

文化[edit]

村内设有家风家训公园、儿童友好公园、文化广场和2个标准篮球场，林氏宗祠村史馆经修缮后开放。[1] 博雅地名网列出村里获评的荣誉，包括「东莞市文明村」「东莞市平安村」和「东莞市文化建设达标村」。[2]
