四和村是广东省清远市连州市瑶安瑶族乡下辖的行政村，位于乡境南部，距乡政府约8公里，地处半山区。[1]

村名的来历：解放后因村制调整，原属星子区沈家的新庄划归瑶安，又与丰阳所辖的四个村合并，取名寓意和睦，此后划归瑶安乡管辖。[1]

自然村与经济[edit]

全村人口969人，耕地280亩。村民以林业为主要产业，主要靠出售竹木增加收入。[1]

四和村下辖新庄村、塘冲村、江红村、罗滩村、黄连江村5个自然村。[1]

四和村与清源、碧梧、盘东、瑶安等村共同组建了连州市兴瑶农业发展有限责任公司。[2]

荣誉[edit]

2017年10月，四和村获「第一批广东省卫生村」称号；2024年3月，被命名为「2023年广东省卫生村」。[1]
