保安镇是广东省清远市连州市下辖的建制镇，位于连州市北部，镇政府驻保安村，全镇辖16个行政村。镇境内有福山，星子河与保安河在境内相会，农业以水稻种植为主，近年发展富硒农业和连州菜心产业，保安村有每年农历九月举行的大神会。[1][2][4][6]

历史沿革[edit]

保安镇的旧名与唐五代诗人孟宾于有关，1949年前这里称宾于乡，以孟宾于命名。[1] 据传，古时战乱频仍，廖屋洞、欧心洞、罗鸡婆、吴屋塘等处的村民聚居在河边沙洲坪上以抵御外来抢掠，故取“保安”之名。[1] 另一种说法是民国时期境内土匪活动频繁，于是改名保安。[2]

1950年设保安乡，隶属连县第一区。1958年改为人民公社，称保安人民公社。1983年冬，公社改为区；1986年，区改为建制镇。[1]

革命时期，水口村农村党支部于1938年12月成立，据镇政府的报道，它是连州最早建立的农村党支部，其旧址于2022年修缮。[4] 万家村的革命烈士纪念碑同年也经修缮，安葬着两位烈士。[4] 属革命老区的村共10个，其中水口村、子沟村为行政村，其余为其他行政村所辖的自然村。[4]

地理环境[edit]

保安镇位于连州市北部，镇域面积约144.3平方千米。[1][4]

星子河与保安河在境内相会。[2] 国道107线的一段一级路面从镇区经过，省道1953线也穿过镇境。[1] 镇政府的报告称，2024年全镇有公益生态林约4765公顷，森林覆盖率68.49%，并登记古树名木40株。[7]

人口与行政村[edit]

第七次全国人口普查结果显示，保安镇人口为2.19万人，在连州市各镇乡中居第五位。[1] 镇政府2017年发布的一份各行政村人数统计表中，保安村列为最多，为6870人；子沟村最少，为357人。[3]

全镇下辖16个行政村：保安、本公洞、子沟、良塘、岭咀、栋头、卿罡、黄村、新塘、水口、梅田、大冲、湾村、麻北、万家、种田。[1][4]

经济[edit]

2022年10月，清远市“连州菜心”百亿产业保安示范基地在保安村开种。基地占地1013.84亩，计划投资2000万元，首期种植622亩，田块由清远市宏天农投公司流转，生产交由深圳五谷网络科技有限公司托管。[6]

2022年，镇党委与广州润绿农业有限公司订立了共建示范基地的协议，拟在保安村打造千亩连州菜心基地；同年5月，“连山丝苗米”产业集群的连州保安基地项目启动，首期规划种植500亩，依托镇内的富硒土壤种植富硒丝苗米。[5] 据镇政府的报道，保安镇是首个获得「全国合作经济特色小镇·富硒小镇」殊荣的镇。[6]

名胜古迹[edit]

福山位于连州市北面约20公里的保安镇内，为道教所称“天下七十二福地”中的第四十九福地，也是古连州八景之一，今设福山旅游风景区。[1] 博雅地名网又称其为静福山，是连州“湟川八景”之一。[1]

境内的福山寺为连州市重点文物保护单位。[2] 国营星光模具厂旧址是连州不可移动文物，2021年7月清远市驻镇帮镇扶村工作现场会曾到此考察。[8]

民俗文化[edit]

保安村每年农历九月初七至初十举行大神会，是以赛神游为核心的传统民俗活动，据百度百科，2013年列入广东省第五批非物质文化遗产名录。[9] 其中有抬大神、踩八卦、摇高神、扮故事几个环节。[9] 博雅地名网还列出高台小长鼓舞、舞木猫、连州舞马鹿等民俗文化。[1]

荣誉[edit]

保安镇于2024年3月被命名为「2023年广东省卫生乡镇」，2019年11月被认定为「2019年广东省森林小镇」。[1]

著名人物[edit]

唐代宰相刘瞻为保安镇相关人物。[1] 明末清初的廖文英曾任清南康府知府，并任白鹿洞书院洞主，维基百科的保安镇条目将其列为该镇人物。[2]
