2005年，明义村委会下辖的正义、新利等自然村，以及梅水村委会下辖的梅水、杨家岭、葛藤坪等自然村，并入三水村委会。[1]

荣誉[edit]

三水村于2019年9月被列入「2018年广东省民主法治示范村（社区）」创建单位名单。2021年12月，三水村获「2021年广东省卫生村」荣誉称号。三水村的梅水寨村、杨家岭村、葛藤坪村和大坪孔村，于2023年5月获广东省爱卫会授予「2022年广东省卫生村」称号。[1]
