大湾镇是广东省清远市英德市下辖的镇，位于英德市西北部，离英德、阳山两地各约60千米。全镇设3个社区、15个行政村。[1][2]

地名得自连江。连江从阳山县向东南流入大湾境内，流到衣滩以下折向东北，绕出一个大弯，故称大湾。镇政府的规划把全镇主体功能定位为「文化旅游特色镇」，金山祖庙与文英书院是镇内的两处古建筑。[1][4]

历史沿革[edit]

清康熙四十四年（1705年），英德县在浛属地区设清泉都的石莲、蕉冈、古道三图，又于甘下都设杉树图。清道光十六年（1836年），这些图改设为石莲乡、蕉冈乡、古道乡和杉树乡。[3]

新中国成立后，这一带设大湾乡、古道乡、麻步乡和杉树乡，归英德县第二区管辖。1952年3月划入英德县第七区，1955年8月设大湾区。此后经上游人民公社、大湾人民公社等建制，1981年青坑从大湾析出，另设青坑公社。1983年撤社设大湾区公所，1986年11月撤区，设大湾镇。博雅地名网另记2004年6月青坑镇并入。[3]

地理环境[edit]

全镇辖区面积约209.6平方千米。[1] 金山祖庙所在的大庙山位于镇境西南，当地也称金山。[5]

人口[edit]

第七次全国人口普查结果公布后，大湾镇人口约4.74万人，在英德市各街道、乡镇的人口排行中列第4位。[1]

经济[edit]

2023年粮食播种面积合计4.517万亩，水稻占3.1258万亩，玉米1.115万亩，薯类和大豆余下约0.27万亩。镇里还谋划在长山村等片区建设优质水稻种植基地，并引进外地企业整合农田种植水稻。[6]

同年，全镇干净整洁村达标399条，通过市级验收397条；美丽宜居村达标318条；农村卫生厕所普及率为100%。[6] 2024年的总结又提出，年内争取把土地流转率提到80%，并推动丝苗米生产基地和农产品加工基地建设。[10]

镇政府自陈的难处有四：镇级财力紧张，村集体经济收入薄弱，农村劳动力和人才短缺，用地问题制约城镇提质和招商引资。[6]

交通与基础设施[edit]

国道G358线扩建工程是镇内的重点项目，预征地约272.8亩。镇里还计划修建大湾防洪堤，并推进墟镇升级改造项目。[6]

2024年的工作总结提到，国道G358线、黄茅峡水库的前期工作都有较大进展，同年4月的特大洪灾中镇里全力抢险救灾。[10] 长山村的瑶步桥于2026年2月通车，建设总费用642万元。[11]

文化[edit]

舞火麒麟是大湾镇元宵节的传统习俗，与飘色、花灯等节目一同巡游。据英德市人民政府网，舞火麒麟由南海商人传入，已有300年历史，2007年列入清远市非物质文化遗产保护名录；其寓意为驱邪引福。[12]

2024年，镇里在元宵期间组织的民间活动中维持秩序，观看人数超过10万人。[10] 2026年3月6日，镇里举办主题为「百千万工程促振兴」的「非遗传承舞火麒麟武术展演大赛」，来自中小学和社会团体的11支代表队参加。[7]

名胜古迹[edit]

金山祖庙位于大庙山上，始建于明朝嘉靖年间，供奉北帝。1989年，英德市（县）将其定为文物保护单位。镇政府网站称它是英德市目前保存最完整的庙宇。[5][9]

2024年7月，镇人大代表到金山祖庙调研，反映梁木加速腐朽，个别大梁断裂、瓦顶坍塌，而修缮事项因文物修复和资金问题多年未能推进。[8] 祖庙与佛山祖庙、三水芦苞祖庙、肇庆龙母庙并称「广东四大祖庙」。[8]

大庙山上另有文英书院，始建于1898年，2019年列入「第九批广东省文物保护单位」；山上还有为纪念解放战争中牺牲烈士而立的纪念碑。[5]

2023年，镇政府的规划提出结合金山祖庙、文英书院、麻步四角楼等历史古迹和红色文化，打造沿线乡村旅游精品线路。[6]
