九龙镇是广东省清远市英德市下辖的镇，位于英德市西南部，镇域多为石灰岩山地，喀斯特地貌明显。全镇辖1个社区和16个行政村，镇政府驻九龙墟镇内。[1][2][3]

镇域东邻西牛镇，南邻大洞镇，西与浸潭镇相接，北与黄花镇相连，总面积213.5平方千米。博雅地名网概况页写作「全镇总人口5.56万人，其中墟镇常住人口0.88万人」，未注明年份；其数据页另载「约3.67万人」，两者口径不同，本条目不取其数。[1][2]

历史沿革[edit]

据博雅地名网所载，公元1369年此地归英德县清下都管辖，属其下的黄寨图。清光绪十二年（1886年）划入含光局之下的寨分局，宣统三年（1911年）改称黄寨乡。民国时期仍称黄寨乡，隶属英德县第二区署。[2]

1949年10月此地改称九龙乡，归英西区管辖。1952年4月起，它与明迳、岩背镇同属英德县第四区。1958年9月设立卫星公社，1960年九龙自明迳分出，另立九龙公社。1983年改为九龙区公所，1987年改设九龙镇。[2][3]

地理环境[edit]

镇域地势北高南低，以丘陵为主。岩层属石灰岩，形成典型的喀斯特地貌，石头山峰林林立，溶洞较多。土质多为黄泥土，另有牛肝土与黑土。[2]

气候属亚热带，冬季少严寒，夏季少酷暑，霜期短，全年平均气温约21℃，年降雨量约1900毫米。[2]

经济[edit]

农业以无公害蔬菜、反季节蔬菜和水果为主，另有高山花卉与盆景栽培。林业产品有木材、毛竹、笋竹、松脂、香菇和黑木耳，矿产有金、铁、铅、锌、锰、石灰石和稀土。[3]

麻竹笋是镇里的特色主导产业之一。2026年10月10日，镇党委书记主持召开麻竹笋质量安全生产座谈会，会上部署了加工厂证照办理、环保整改和厂区规范化升级等工作。[4]

2026年，镇里以木薯为重点发展特色农业。驻镇帮镇扶村工作队在枫木村牵头打造1200亩示范田，并依托广聚农业合作社建立“合作社+村委会+农户”的联农带农机制，由合作社统一供应脱毒种苗、提供技术指导并签订保底收购协议。[5]

2026年3月6日，镇里召开农村工作会议，部署粮食安全生产任务计划，以及撂荒耕地复耕复种等工作。[6]

名胜古迹[edit]

洞天仙境生态旅游度假区位于九龙镇，景区内有天坑、玻璃栈道和溶洞等景观，2017年获评「国家4A级旅游景区」。[7][8]

九龙小镇国际生态农业度假区由英德市国业旅游开发有限公司投资建设，据国家发展和改革委员会的案例材料，项目占地约7000亩，投资约3亿元，采用“旅游+精准扶贫”模式，村民以土地入股参与经营。2017年4月，该项目被农业部评选为「中国美丽乡村百佳范例」。[8]

1990年，北京大学地理系的考察人员在镇内发现了这片石灰岩峰林风光。1993年5月28日，镇里推出英西峰林走廊旅游观光线，到1998年止接待游客30万人次。[2]
