小湾村是西牛镇下辖的行政村，辖12个村民小组，以农业为主，种植麻竹笋、沙糖桔和蔬菜。全村644户、2930人。[2]

历史沿革[edit]

1958年设小湾大队，1990年改设小湾管理区；1998年10月7日改称小湾村委会，此名称延用至今。[1]

经济[edit]

村内种植麻竹笋约800亩，沙糖桔约1000亩，蔬菜约800亩。[2]

全村设小学1间，村级卫生站1个。[2]

文化[edit]

2018年7月，小湾村经司法部、民政部表彰，列为「第七批全国民主法治示范村（社区）」；2019年12月，小湾村被认定为「全国乡村治理示范村」。[1]

2020年8月，小湾村列入「首批广东省“一村一品、一镇一业”专业村」名单，产品为韭菜。2021年12月，广东省爱卫会授予小湾村「2021年广东省卫生村」荣誉称号；2023年5月，又授予「2022年广东省卫生村」称号。2024年4月，小湾村入选「广东省第一批乡村振兴示范村」创建名单。[1]
