塔岗村是英德市横石水镇下辖的行政村，位于镇西南部，辖9个自然村。村名来自旧时村内一座高十二层的古塔，塔后有一条长形山岗。2019年9月，村庄进入2018年度「民主法治示范村（社区）」创建单位的名单。[1]

博雅地名网称，村内旧时有一座十二层的古塔，塔后有一条长形山岗，村名由此而来。[1]

沿革[edit]

博雅地名网的沿革写法是：1957年组成塔岗高级社，次年改为生产大队；1983年设乡政府，1986年改作村委会，1990年成为管理区。1998年10月7日管理区复为村委会，并沿用至今。[1]

人口[edit]

博雅地名网记村民322户、1526人，耕地面积1267亩，年份未注明。[1]

建设[edit]

2025年工作总结提出，2026年的任务包括塔岗古神陂的拆除重建（投资280万元）和塔岗村党群服务中心的重建启动。[2]

前一年的工作文件中，塔岗村被列为甘蔗良种基地的培育村之一。[3]
