新埠村属连南瑶族自治县（广东省清远市）寨岗镇，是镇下辖的行政村。村委会设在镇政府所在地附近，离镇政府约0.3公里，离县城约35公里。村名取自村委会所在的“新埠”。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

旧时此地属阳山管辖。民国二十九年（1940年）编为三保，隶寨岗乡；新中国成立初成为一村，此后归金星管辖。[1]

1983年自金星分出，立新埠乡，归寨岗区；1986年称为新埠村，1988年成为管理区，1999年另立新埠村的村民委员会，此名一直沿用。[1]
