永和镇是广东省清远市连山壮族瑶族自治县下辖的镇，位于县境北中部，国道323线过境。全镇辖1个社区、9个行政村，面积约65.8平方千米，第七次全国人口普查时人口为1.51万人，在全县各乡镇中居第二位。[1]

永和镇曾是县府所在地，1946年县城自太保移到永和圩。镇内的金子山、鹰扬关和蒙峒古村是较为知名的景点，近年镇里以农文旅融合作为发展方向。[1][6][7]

历史沿革[edit]

明代嘉靖年间曾设永福乡，民国二十九年（1940年）改称永和乡。民国三十五年（1946年），县城自太保移到永和圩，永和圩由此成为连山的第四个县治所在。[1]

1958年起叫永和公社；1962年一度改为附城公社，1969年又恢复永和公社之名。1983年改设永和区，1986年永和区并入永和镇，合称永和镇。据博雅地名网，2002年和2003年原大富镇、上草镇先后并入。[1]

地名的来历，据传明代时此处多姓杂居、相处和睦，原称和睦村。清道光十三年（1833年）设圩，因寓意“永久和睦”而改名永和。[1][2]

地理环境[edit]

永和镇位于县境北中部，镇域北面与禾洞镇相邻，向阳村即位于镇北。[1][8]

镇域北部的上草村与湖南江华、广西贺州大宁镇接壤，三省交界处的鹰扬关即在上草村境内。[3][4]

人口民族[edit]

第七次全国人口普查时，全镇人口为1.51万人。各村民族构成差别较大：向阳村2210人中瑶族有1610人，占七成以上；上草村5185人，少数民族占八成半以上，是壮、瑶、汉等民族聚居的村。[1][3][8]

经济[edit]

永和镇主产水稻，丝苗米是其「一镇一业」的主打产品。2020年8月，永和镇凭丝苗米上榜省农业农村厅发布的「一村一品、一镇一业」专业镇名单（第二批）。全国「一村一品」示范村镇名单（第十二批）中，永和镇于2023年3月榜上有名。[1]

2023年3月，永和镇获「广东省2022年度休闲农业与乡村旅游示范镇」称号；同年4月，永和镇在「2022年广东省乡村治理示范镇」创建单位名单中；2023年11月，永和镇入选「广东“百千万工程”首批典型县镇村」。[1]

据中证网报道，永和镇建设农文旅深度融合型产业园区，其中桂联村整合荒废的553亩山地，发展「桂联生态百果园」，种植三华李、沃柑等水果。[5][6]

荷包肉、白糍是当地常见的食品，壮家土猪、百花冬蜜、连山大肉姜与连山大米也各有名气。[1]

民俗方面，博雅地名网提到装古事、连山唱花、连山丰鼓舞、连山舞火蛇、打凤梆和连山小长鼓舞。[1]

名胜古迹[edit]

金子山原生态休闲度假景区位于巾子村一带，景区地处国营连山林场，所在山林划为省级生态公益林，距连山县城约20公里。主峰高1417米，是广东第八高的山峰，山上有长500多米的天梯。景区被列为4A级景区。[6][7]

鹰扬关在唐代已有关隘，1858年（咸丰八年）前名为崖鹰关，此后改称鹰扬关。太平天国时期洪秀全、石达开部曾在此一带激战，1931年红七军途经此地，关上留有战壕、堡垒等遗迹。1999年起修复城楼、城墙和铁索桥，现为「广东省红色旅游景区」。[4]

蒙峒古村位于永梅村，是壮、瑶、汉三族共居的古村落，被列为3A级景区。[6]
