升平村是阳山县黎埠镇下辖的行政村，位于镇西北面，靠近旧107国道，距圩镇约4千米。2005年4月，江车、木山两个村民委员会合并组建升平村民委员会。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

江车、木山两村之地1940年设保，之后经乡政府、生产大队、管理区等建制，1999年3月改为村委会。[1]

2005年4月，经县政府批准，江车、木山两村委会取消，组建升平村民委员会。[1]

经济[edit]

2019年，升平、大塘、鲁塘三村所在的县级示范区完成了约5.05平方千米、52个村民小组的耕地整治整合，整治整合率为百分之百。[2]

2019年，升平村列入省定贫困村名单。[2]
