该村所在地1940年设保，经历乡政府、生产大队、管理区等建制，1999年3月定为村委会。[1]

2005年4月，县政府批准取消沙冲村委会，其辖地改由凤山村委会管理。[1]

荣誉[edit]

2022年11月，凤山村获评「2021年度全国综合减灾示范社区」。[1]
