历史沿革[edit]

村名的来历：河岗坳一带的山脉好像一条缆绳，把一幢幢楼房捆在一起，当地称之为缆楼洞；“缆”字与“南”字读音相近，洞的南边于是得名南楼。[1]

1953年设南楼乡，1958年改称南楼大队，1983年改设乡，1989年划为管理区，1998年恢复为村委会。[1]
