蕉坑村位于广东省清远市清新区浸潭镇西部，距镇圩约35公里。村名的来历是此处原为一条大山涌，坑边长满野蕉，故称蕉坑；村委会设于此，故以之命名。第二批「一村一品、一镇一业」专业村名单于2021年9月公布，蕉坑村列入，主产冬菇。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

1999年改为村委会，此前的1989年为管理区，1986年改为村委会，1983年改为蕉坑乡，1958年改称大队，1953年设蕉坑乡。2004年5月，桃源镇撤销，本村改由浸潭镇管辖；同年11月，蕉坑、庙崀、横水三个村委会合并，组成现在的蕉坑村委会。[1]

荣誉[edit]

2019年9月，蕉坑村列入「2018年广东省民主法治示范村（社区）创建单位」名单。[1]
