五一村位于广东省清远市清新区浸潭镇东南部，距镇圩约3公里。村名的来历是1958年分设大队时，该村于当年5月1日成立，故名五一。村内推行「和美积分」治理模式。[1][2]

荣誉[edit]

广东省爱卫会于2021年12月授予村「2021年广东省卫生村」称号。2023年5月，李屋村获「2022年广东省卫生村」称号。[1]

基层治理[edit]

「和美积分」把日常治理、人居环境与乡风文明等内容纳入积分，评定标准共六大类、四十二项，每月评定一次，并按固定日期兑换物资。据2026年9月的报道，村计划在五年内将九成五以上的农户纳入积分管理。[2]
