黄布村是广东省清远市清城区石角镇下辖的行政村，位于镇北面，距镇政府约3公里，是石角镇的粮食主产区之一。[1]

村内有18个自然村，村民委员会办事处设在清三公路旁的坑尾村。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

这里在1958年称黄土布大队，此后曾在1983年回到乡一级，1987年才转为村委会，1989年划为管理区，1999年又定为黄布村委会，沿用至今。[1]

经济[edit]

村中耕地约2372亩，多为平地，土质好，水源足。近年农业调整后，龙眼等水果的种植规模扩大。[1]

荣誉[edit]

2022年，村内多个自然村被广东省爱卫会授予「广东省卫生村」称号，2023年5月公布。[1]

2023年4月，黄布村列入2022年「广东省乡村治理示范村」创建单位名单；同年11月，黄布村入选第三批全国乡村治理示范村名单。[1]

黄布村于2024年1月被定为2023年度「广东省民主法治示范村（社区）」之一。[1]

2025年3月，黄布村被命名为第七届全国文明村镇。[1]

清城区2026年政府工作报告提到，要持续擦亮石角黄布村这一典型村的品牌。[2]
