石角镇是广东省清远市清城区下辖的镇，位于清远市最南端、北江东岸，地处广州、佛山、清远三市交汇处，佛清从高速和清花高速穿镇而过。[1]

全镇下辖15个行政村，2024年它进入广东省「百千万工程」第二批典型镇，2026年又被列为「广东省首批小城市试点」的培育对象。[1][11]

历史沿革[edit]

镇名来自圩名：清康熙中叶，在黄布大燕村一带设立石角圩，圩边北江中有一块尖角形的石头，因而得名。[2]

石角一带先后做过清远县的区、乡和公社一级的建制；1959年成立石角公社，1984年又设为区，1986年改为镇。据百度百科，镇名的沿用即始于1986年。[1][2]

2014年7月，石角镇被住房和城乡建设部等部门确定为全国重点镇。[2]

地理环境[edit]

石角镇在清远市南缘，北江东岸，距清远市区约28公里，南距广州约50公里。博雅地名网所载面积约181平方公里，百度百科所载为178.23平方千米，两者年份均未注明。[1][2]

人口民族[edit]

2024年末，全镇登记在册的户籍人数为10.06万，城镇户口约6.84万，农业户口约3.22万；另有约24万人实际居住在镇内。[1]

第七次全国人口普查登记的常住人口为116466人（2020年）。[3]

经济[edit]

博雅地名网将水泥、电子、制衣列为镇内的主导工业行业。农业以水稻、花生和蔬菜为主，百度百科称石角是鱼米之乡，也是三鸟之乡。[1][2]

2025年，石角镇在全国千强镇中列第405位，在全国镇域经济500强中列第492位。[2]

据清城区2026年政府工作报告，镇内的天然气分布式能源站已经投产送电，石角镇和源潭镇的老旧小区改造也在推进；报告把石角与龙塘、花都狮岭、赤坭并列为广清接合片区的核心区。[4]

文化[edit]

石角镇先后获得全国创建文明村镇工作先进镇、「广东省卫生镇」、「广东省教育强镇」、「广东省乡村治理示范镇」等荣誉，并列为文化旅游特色镇（入库级）。[1]

石角镇是市重点侨乡，清远鸡、乌鬃鹅是本镇的产品。[1][2]

名胜古迹[edit]

位于马头村的石大屋，又叫“九厅十八井”，清嘉庆二年（1797年）开工修建，现属清远市文物保护单位。[5]

马头村大民宅于1859年兴建，1904年又经修葺，院内分九个厅，连同天井与两排侧房，全宅面积5724平方米。[7]

石角文笔塔在回岐村北江西岸，据《清远县文物志》记载建于1920年，为六角形砖塔，共三层，高约6米，是清城区文物保护单位。[6]

故乡里主题公园坐落在碧桂园假日半岛之中，2005年由碧桂园集团建成，园区约200亩，获评国家4A级旅游景区。[8]

牛鱼嘴原始生态风景区以蕨类植物和古藤著称，其中有国家一级保护植物刺桫椤。[9]

著名人物[edit]

林炳炎（1891年—1947年），石角镇人，恒生银行创办人之一，首任主席。香港被日军侵占后，他把资金转往澳门，开设永华银号。[10]
