塘坪村是广东省阳江市阳东区塘坪镇下辖的行政村，城乡分类为镇乡结合区。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

1685年，先祖迁到此地定居。解放前此地属阳江县；1949年阳江县恢复区、乡、镇的区划后，属塘坪乡管辖。[1]

1959年，塘坪大队改由公社统一管理。1983年，塘坪生产大队改设阳东区塘坪乡政府；1986年乡政府转为村委会。1987年撤区建乡镇后，此地改称塘坪管理区；1994年乡改为镇，仍称塘坪管理区，1999年又设村委会。[1]
