车头山村是蓝口镇辖下的行政村。村中一座山形似车头，村名由此而来，村委会也设在车头山自然村。[1]

广东省爱卫会于2021年12月授予车头山村「2021年广东省卫生村」称号。2019年9月，村庄入选「2018年广东省民主法治示范村（社区）」创建单位名单。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

1958年为车头山大队，1983年改设车头山乡，1987年改为车头山管理区，1999年经县政府批准改设车头山村委会。[1]

名胜古迹[edit]

村内有双庆堂，建于明代，为第四批河源市文物保护单位。[1]
