小水村属东源县骆湖镇，为镇辖行政村之一。[1]

村名来自流经村中的小水河。该河自大湖五禾流出，汇入黄沙河，方言把这条小河叫作“小水”。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

1958年，小水村与五星大队合为小水大队；1983年改设小水乡，1987年改称小水管理区。[1]

1999年起，小水村委会经县政府批准成立，至今沿用。[1]

文化[edit]

2019年9月，小水村名列2018年广东省「民主法治示范村（社区）」创建单位名单；2024年3月，村子获评2023年广东省卫生村。[1]
