禾溪村是东源县仙塘镇下辖的行政村，村名沿用了村民迁居前的旧居住地的名称。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

村民原居住在一个叫禾溪的地方，迁到现址后仍沿用这一地名。[1]

1958年此地设禾溪大队，1983年改设禾溪乡，1987年改为禾溪管理区；1999年，东源县政府批准设立村委会。[1]

2026年3月，村被认定为「广东省第三批“百千万工程”典型村镇」。[1]
