龙尾村是东源县仙塘镇下辖的行政村，因村子的地形形如龙尾而得名。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
1958年此地属古云大队，1963年自古云分出，设龙尾大队；1983年改设龙尾乡，1987年改为龙尾管理区；1999年，东源县政府批准成立村委会。[1]
2021年12月，村获「2021年广东省卫生村」荣誉称号。[1] 2026年3月，村被认定为「广东省第三批“百千万工程”典型村镇」。[1]
