梅园村在彭寨镇境内，为和平县的一个行政村，村名因当地有一处梅园而得，据博雅地名网。[1][3]

历史沿革[edit]

解放初期，此处称川梅管区，后分出梅园管区。1994年撤销管理区，1999年改设村民委员会。[2]

文化[edit]

梅园村于2024年3月获评「2023年广东省卫生村」。2025年5月，该村获授予「2022年度和平县文明村镇」称号。2021年9月，梅园村列入第二批「一村一品、一镇一业」专业村名单，产业为蜜柚。[1]
