历史沿革[edit]
解放初期，此地称华塘面。1958年，人民公社组建，此地归入老彭中的六一分队，本队称二队。公社改镇后，此地为大塘面村；2004年随中心镇开发撤村改居，设立为社区居民委员会。[2]
文化[edit]
2019年9月，大塘面社区列入「2018年广东省民主法治示范村（社区）」创建单位名单。[1]
