新河村是广东省河源市连平县田源镇下辖的行政村，由八个小型山间盆地的自然村组成，村名取自其中新洞、河头两村各一字。村内有古树群落，村庄2019年12月入选「第一批国家森林乡村」名单。[1][3]

历史沿革[edit]

这里先是新河大队（1976年起），再改为新河乡（1983年起），1987年后改为新河管理区，1999年定为新河村民委员会[1]。

名胜古迹[edit]

新河村依托村内古树群落建成古树公园，园内有树龄百年以上的古树36棵[2]。村中的「新河泛绿」景致是连平新八景之一[2]。

文化[edit]

2019年12月，新河村被列入「第一批国家森林乡村」名单[1]。2023年5月，广东省爱卫会把「2022年广东省卫生村」称号授予新河村[1]。广东省委农办与省住建厅授予村庄「广东名村」荣誉，河源市文明委又评定其为「市级文明村」[3]。

新河村是「市级红色村倍增计划」的示范点之一[2]，连平县政府工作报告也提出在田源片区打造新河红色村[4]。
