三水村是陂头镇下辖的行政村，属村庄类城乡分类。村名出自1953年土改期间：陂头设区公所，将牛岭水、水浸村与分水村并为一乡，乡址定在水浸村，取名三水。后撤乡改村。[1]

三水管理区1999年被撤销，此后一直是三水村民委员会。[1]

文化[edit]

2024年3月，本村被命名为「2023年广东省卫生村」。[1]
