布联村是上坪镇的一个行政村，与下楼村、新陂村、石陂村等相邻。[1]

村内水口桥西面有上坪革命烈士纪念碑，1980年迁至现址。[2]

地名由来[edit]

距今约480年，上坪谢氏的第三世谢仲富，在一片开阔平坦、状如布匹尽头的地方建屋定居，当地称之为布尾。1970年设为布联管理区，1999年立布联村民委员会。[1]

纪念碑[edit]

上坪革命烈士纪念碑在水口桥西面约60米处，原建于上坪圩，1980年12月因街道建设迁至现址。碑身为方塔形，高8米，底座方形，用于纪念上坪的革命烈士。[2]

荣誉[edit]

2023年5月，获广东省爱卫会授予「2022年广东省卫生村」称号。[1]
