地名由来[edit]
约在1400年，谢姓先祖从江西锡州迁来，在上坪河西边落居，村名因此取为惠西。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
1958年为惠西生产大队；1981年成为惠西管理区；1999年改设惠西村民委员会。[1]
荣誉[edit]
2021年12月，获广东省爱卫会授予「2021年广东省卫生村」称号。[1]
