罗明村位于廻龙镇内，与园田村、骆岐村、万塘村等相邻。村名取自最先在此开垦定居的罗明，他是几兄弟中的一位。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

1957年，这里隶属径口管理区；1958年建罗明大队；1984年罗明并入骆田乡，成为罗明村。村委会的建制始于1987年，1989年建立罗明管理区，1999年重新设为村委会。[1]

荣誉[edit]

2023年5月，广东省爱卫会将2022年广东省卫生村的称号授予罗明村。[1]
