名称来历[edit]

村里大部分农户住在韩江两岸，村名由此而来。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

1949年设梓江村，此后先后改为管理区和大队；1983年改设梓江乡，1986年改为村委会，1989年又改管理区，1999年重设村委会，沿用至今。[1]

荣誉[edit]

2019年9月，村列入2018年「广东省民主法治示范村（社区）」创建单位名单。[1] 2024年3月，村被评为2023年度广东省卫生村。[1]
