名称来历[edit]

村址处在韩江河与谷前河的汇合口，早先因此叫作“水口”，后因“水口”与“瑞厚”读音相近，改称瑞厚。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

建制上先后有过几次变化：起初称瑞厚村，之后一度改为管理区，又变为大队，到1983年才设为乡；1986年改为村委会，1989年再改管理区，1999年重新设立村委会，沿用至今。[1]

荣誉[edit]

2023年5月，广东省爱卫会认定瑞厚村为「2022年广东省卫生村」。[1]
