紫市村位于紫市镇境内，属镇乡结合地带的行政村，村名与镇名相同。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

1953年，此地以紫市小乡的名义建乡，归雅寄乡管辖；1958年改属鹤市公社，编为紫市大队；1976年划归紫市公社。[1]1984年社改区后称紫市乡，1987年改为村委会，1989年设紫市管区，1999年再设村委会，至今未变。[1]

荣誉与近年情况[edit]

2026年1月，紫市村获得广东省第二批「百千万工程」典型村的称号；2021年4月，又被评为「2020年度龙川县文明村镇」。[1]

镇政府2023年的报告提到，紫市村的新党群服务中心已经建成。[2]
