胜利村属临江镇，沿柏埔河两岸分布，邻近临江金珠工业园，距河源市区约5公里。[1] 名称是1958年公社化时起的，含义是跟着“三面红旗”走向胜利。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

1952年先设高望乡，管着今胜利、年丰两村的地方，当时归第十区，存续到1957年；1958年10月公社化，立胜利生产大队，归柏埔公社，1961年4月起归临江公社。八十年代起，1983年改称乡，1987年改称村委会，1989年一度叫管理区，1999年重新成立村委会，沿用至今。[1]

人口与荣誉[edit]
