芫芬村是九和镇的行政村。旧时紫金、瓦溪经走马埔去惠东、海丰的古道要过一处山坳，那里有三间小店，叫「团芬」，也作芫芬，村名由此而来。[1] 2026年3月，该村被认定为广东省第三批「百千万工程」典型村镇。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

民国时在下黄砂乡内。人民公社时期，这里是芫芬大队，1975年其一部分划出，成了金光大队。之后依次是九和区芫芬乡（1983年）、九和镇芫芬村（1987年）、管理区（1989年），1999年4月起为村委会。[1]

荣誉[edit]

荣誉有三项：2019年9月入选2018年度省「民主法治示范村（社区）」创建单位，2024年3月获2023年度省卫生村命名，2026年3月被认定为省第三批「百千万工程」典型村镇。[1]
