南陂村在埔前镇东部，与河背村、双头村相邻，总面积约4平方公里，因地处埔前河下游、地势低而不平得名。[1][4]

历史沿革[edit]

南陂早先在1949年的南双乡内，1958年属南双大队。1990年单设南陂管理区，1998年管理区撤销，改设村委会，现仍如此。[3]

村情[edit]

全村738户3986人，下辖4个村民小组，柯木、围肚两个自然村是新丰江水库移民村，移民约占人口的34%。耕地2500亩，水田占2030亩、旱地占470亩，山地约780亩，主要种植水稻、花生，养殖鸡鸭，也有花卉苗圃。村集体年收入约20万元，党员72人。[1][2]

荣誉[edit]

2018年度广东省民主法治示范村（社区）的创建单位中有它（2019年9月公布）；2026年3月，它列入广东省第三批“百千万工程”典型村镇名单。[1]
