江源社区是河源市源城区源西街道的社区，办公地点在西环路中段江源小学对面。社区2001年9月成立，主要管辖新丰江水库移民的安置区江源新村，“江源”之名由此而来。[1][2]

概况[edit]

社区东邻光明社区，西至粤赣高速公路，北靠黄子洞村，南到庄田新村村道，面积0.2平方千米，有510户、3360人，设3个居民小组。[2]1998年实施「省长工程」时，半江、双江、新回龙三个库区镇的「两缺」移民有一部分安置在这里。[2]辖区内有1所小学（占地15380平方米）和1所幼儿园，另留有1.8万平方米集体厂房，供居民就近务工。[2]

2025年3月，社区获评「2025年度河源市绿色社区」。[1]
