海口村位于上英镇西南部、螺河下游，西南隔河与海丰县大湖镇相望。下辖9个自然村、9个村民小组，镇东溪河畔的码头公园也在本村一带。[1][2][3]

历史沿革[edit]

博雅地名网称，庄姓先祖在1885年由浮头村迁到此处定居。[2]土改期间，村子归乌坎区第十四区的海口乡。[2]

1960年，海口一带归东崎公社的海新大队；1962年新寮分出之后，此地另设海口大队。1988年改称管理区，1999年才成为村委会。[2]

经济与旅游[edit]

村民收入以农业和养殖为主，有海水养殖面积2150亩，耕地1100亩，围海堤3.7公里。[2]

政府网站称，村内有渔家乐、码头咖啡馆、垂钓体验馆和码头民宿群，已初步形成垂钓经济与民宿集群。[1][4]

码头公园位于东溪河畔，保留了老码头的原有风貌，增设了门楼、观光步道和休憩平台。[3]

荣誉[edit]

2026年1月，海口村获评广东省第二批「百千万工程」典型村。[2]2021年12月，获广东省爱卫会授予「2021年广东省卫生村」称号。[2]2019年9月，村上榜2018年广东省「民主法治示范村（社区）」创建单位名单。[2]
