面积约6平方千米，总人口5800多人。望尧牡蛎是金厢的特产之一。[1][2]
历史沿革[edit]
1952年属八联乡（十四区即乌坎区）；1972年设望尧大队，隶金厢公社；1983年改称望尧乡；1987年改村委会，1994年称管理区，1999年复称村委会。[1]
荣誉[edit]
2020年12月获「2020年广东省卫生村」；2026年1月获评广东省第二批「百千万工程」典型村。[1]
