内湖镇是广东省汕尾市陆丰市东部的一个建制镇，1994年1月从博美镇划出东部6个管理区设立，镇政府设在内湖村，下辖9个行政村、34个自然村。[1][4][7]镇域东靠铜锣湖农场，南邻南塘镇、桥冲镇，西接博美镇，北界陂洋镇。[1][5]

历史沿革[edit]

1949年5月，这里先成立内湖乡人民政府，当年9月又有两湖乡人民政府成立。新中国成立后，辖地归博美管理；1955年自博美镇析出，并入陂沟乡；1958年编入博美公社。[2]1972年成立东桥公社，西陂、东山、大小坞、赤岭、前埔五个大队被划入；东桥公社1983年撤销后，五个大队又回归博美。[2][4]

1994年1月，内湖镇经省政府批准设立，由博美镇东部的内湖、军湖、西陂、赤岭、头陂等管理区合并而成。[1][8]2005年5月16日起，原西陂村委会被分设为西陂、龙湖、小坞、东山四个村委会，全镇由此成为9个村委会，另有赤壆头白石农场。[8]

地理环境[edit]

这里是半丘陵地带，地面向西南缓缓降低；长山河流经南部，陂沟河在北部。[5]广汕公路（国道324线）与内隆公路交会于镇区，镇郊设有深汕高速公路的出口，厦深铁路则从军湖村境内穿过；镇政府驻地离陆丰市区23千米，离碣石镇24千米，离甲子镇28千米，离陆丰高铁站13千米。[3]

人口民族[edit]

2020年第七次人口普查登记的常住人口为23997人；2019年末户籍人口为43802人。[5][8]镇内通行闽南语的福佬话，罗陂、新塘湖、东湖等地另有客家话的聚居点。[8]

经济[edit]

镇域耕地约1114.56公顷，林地约1322.2公顷，粮食作物以水稻、番薯为主，也种冬瓜、玉米、花生、大豆等，果树有荔枝、龙眼、油柑、香蕉，水果以菠萝为大宗，水产有对虾、蟹、乌龟和四大家鱼。[1]陆丰市内湖农副产品批发交易市场设在内湖村与头陂村交界处。[4][9]

2005年前后，镇上规划了面积约3.8平方千米的内湖皮革城，列为陆丰市的重点工业园区之一，当时已有外商的皮革、鞋业项目签约落户。[8]

名胜古迹[edit]

内湖寨是镇内的古寨。据陆丰市政府网站介绍，据记载，陈受俊于1600年（万历二十八年）自内地迁居赤坣头村，到天启年间，其孙陈兴策看中此处山水形如鲤鱼，用黄土、糯米、红糖、土灰夯筑寨墙建寨，布局为三街六巷，四角设角楼，寨设南北两门。寨原名湖安，又称丽湖。[6]百度百科称寨在军湖管理区，现存清代祠堂建筑群，并说它是陆丰皮影戏的发源地之一。[5][10]

南昌起义军1927年南下转入海陆丰作战时，彭湃、张威等人认为内湖寨城墙牢固、林木茂密，易守易退，安排它作南撤部队的驻脚处。[6]

荣誉[edit]

广东省卫生乡镇的称号，内湖镇是在2023年4月11日由省爱卫会授予的。[8]
