后埔村是汕尾市陆丰市碣石镇最南端的濒海村，下辖3个自然村，人口3088人（博雅地名网，未注年份）。[1][2]

经济[edit]

村里利用临海条件办集体经济，引进了粤东规模较大的鲍鱼养殖，另有海胆、紫菜养殖。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

刘姓先祖在明朝崇祯年间自福建迁来建村。该村原属上林大队，因各处自然条件差别大、土地分散，1980年春分出，立后埔大队，辖3个自然村；1988年改管理区，1999年改村委会，沿用至今。[1]西湖村民小组曾属后埔，2014年另立西湖社区。[3]

荣誉[edit]

2026年1月，后埔村获评广东省第二批“百千万工程”典型村；2020年12月，评为2020年度广东省卫生村；2019年9月，列入2018年度广东省“民主法治示范村（社区）”创建单位。[1]
