历史与人口[edit]
村委材料称，先民南宋绍兴年间在此定居，至今已有七百多年。户籍1305户6465人，常住1640人，有陈、范、钟、蔡、林、吕、谢、施、洪9个姓氏，各姓聚居，是镇上人口最多的村之一。[1] 2023年11月，圆山村入选广东省“百千万工程”首批典型村。[3]
地理与经济[edit]
村在冲积平原的出海口，西南隔河与联安镇相望，东南临长沙湾，龙津河与大液河在此汇流入海。耕地3210亩，冬种蔬菜1200多亩，海水养殖4000多亩，养鱼、虾、蟹、蚝，村集体年收入7万元。[1]
文化[edit]
村有两个武术馆，始建于清康熙四十五年。村里的麒麟舞经海丰县申报列入第二批国家级非物质文化遗产，两位武术教练获认定为传承人。村民每年在节日和神诞请戏班演大戏，业余剧团与曲班已多年停演，近年村民自发组成八音队。[1]
