附城镇在广东省汕尾市海丰县境内，坐落于县城的西南郊，是从海丰县城去汕尾市区的必经之地。名称来自它紧挨县城的位置。现辖6个社区、14个行政村，第七次全国人口普查时常住人口12.9万人，比户籍人口多出近一倍。[1][2] 镇域内有以新山村为中心的红色遗址，以及谢道山宝塔和被列为海丰八景之一的丽江月色。[3][11]

历史沿革[edit]

据镇政府整理的沿革材料，附城一带的建制可查者始于宋代：熙宁元年（1068年）海丰分八都，此地隶兴贤都，元明两代仍属兴贤所辖。清雍正九年（1731年）从海丰东部划出三都另立陆丰县，海丰留下四都，兴贤都为其一，今海城、联安、城东诸镇与附城同在其内。[5]

民国时期，这里先属海城区（一区），1943年以后撤区设乡镇，现镇域分在城厦镇、东田镇、鹿境乡和优峰乡的范围内。1950年代，辖地先后属第一区、龙山区，1957年分属联河乡和三新乡。[5]

1958年底，海城人民公社成立，三新、赤山、守望、联河、海城镇五个乡镇并入。1961年重新分设，附城公社辖11个大队，联河公社辖17个大队，三新公社辖9个大队；1963年这几个公社又并回海城公社。[5]

1984年1月，海城公社改为海城区公所，下辖13个乡；1987年1月，海城区改称附城乡，设15个村民委员会；1990年增设南湖居委；1993年1月，经省政府批复，附城乡升格为镇。[5] 博雅地名网则记，1994年该镇曾并入海城镇，到2011年2月才重新设立。[6]

地理环境[edit]

镇域位于北纬22°55′至22°59′、东经115°16′至115°22′之间，北接海城镇，西邻联安镇，南与汕尾市城区红草镇相接，东南面和东北面隔水分别对着陶河镇和城东镇。东西长约10千米，南北宽约8.5千米。镇政府的地理位置页称全镇面积约85平方千米，而镇政府的简介页写作70.08平方千米，博雅地名网写作69.24平方千米，三处不一。[4][1][6]

北面靠大云岭，南面临长沙湾，黄江、龙津河和大液河环绕境内，地势西北较高、东南较低，属块状平原。年平均气温21.9℃，年降水量2389.5毫米。[4]

经济[edit]

镇政府介绍，农业以油占米、莲藕、蔬菜和茶叶为特色；城区一侧则以天虹购物中心、温德姆酒店、市民广场一带为主要消费商圈，另有夜市、后备箱集市等新业态。镇政府称，2023年上半年汕尾全市镇域经济高质量发展的综合评价里，本镇居首位。[1] 2024年全镇工农业总产值49.02亿元，其中工业43.64亿元、农业5.38亿元。[2]

附城镇于2020年、2021年和2022年连续进入淘宝镇名单。[6] 镇政府还介绍，国道228线、省道242复线与县城二环路、三环路在境内交汇，到汕尾市区和厦深高铁站约20分钟车程；黄江河西闸国考断面水质已达标。[1]

荣誉[edit]

镇政府列举的荣誉有：已建成湾区红色文化体验景观示范带，被称为广东省生态宜居美丽乡村示范镇；汕尾市给各镇街的2023年度“百千万工程”评星定级里，本镇得四星；2023年11月新山、圆山两村入选省首批典型村，2024年4月又有城南、联北、联城、云岭山庄四社区和新北、新东、池口、新南四村入选市典型村名单。[1]

文化与名胜[edit]

镇内的非物质文化遗产有麒麟舞，圆山村的武馆是其传承之处，该项目于2008年列入第二批国家级非物质文化遗产名录。[1][7] 浅笏、后溪、莲吴和长合等村有业余的白字戏和西秦戏曲班，逢庙会和节日演社戏。镇上有东笏妈祖庙、高田妈祖庙等民间信仰场所，还有鹿境圣井、菩提古迹和蔡素屏纪念馆等。[1]

新山村是镇内的红色村庄，保存有农会旧址、农军队部遗址和农民自卫军训练场，详见新山村条目。[3]

谢道山宝塔在道山村的谢道山上，为七层八角楼阁式空心塔，明崇祯二年（1629年）议建，后因战乱停工，清康熙年间由知县姚德基建成，1997年公布为海丰县文物保护单位，现仅余三层。[8]

陈其尤故居在城南社区头社村，属清代建筑，2022年3月被汕尾市人民政府公布为第三批市级文物保护单位。[6]

著名人物[edit]

镇政府的简介提到，丽江河畔出过致公党领导人陈其尤、医学专家柯麟和音乐教授陈洪。[1] 陈其尤（1892—1970）早年加入同盟会，1931年起参加致公党并任中央领导职务。[9] 蔡素屏（1897—1928）出生于鹿境乡新北村，是彭湃的妻子，1926年入党，曾担任海丰县妇女解放协会主任。[10]
