石安村在梅陇镇区西南约5公里、广汕公路西侧，面积约4.1平方千米，2010年总人口约2506人，种稻谷、番薯、花生、甘蔗。[1] 官方名单共列3个自然村，即塘前村、高飞岭、甲头村（鸭头村）。[2]

历史沿革[edit]

石安村起初在第四区鲘门石南乡，1952年分设石安乡，仍归鲘门镇，直到1960年才划给梅陇公社；1984年改称乡，1987年5月设村委会，1998年恢复村委会至今。[1]

荣誉[edit]

2023年5月，石安村获「2022年广东省卫生村」称号。[1]
