白云村属兴宁市大坪镇，原名白坟下，是烈士罗屏汉的出生地。[1][2]

名称与沿革[edit]

此村原名白坟下，几百年前村里有一座白坟。它原由白云、东红、新春等居民点合成，1986年为便于管理分开；“坟”与“云”音近，改称白云。[1]

1949至1957年称白云乡，1958至1983年称大队，1983至1986年称乡政府，1986年起为管理区，1999年起定名为村委会。[1]

著名人物[edit]

罗屏汉（1907年至1935年），原名罗庆良，据百度百科所载出生于白云村，1926年加入中国共产党，是五兴龙革命根据地的主要创建人之一，1935年7月在突围战中牺牲。[2]

2019年9月，白云村入选省「民主法治示范村（社区）」2018年度创建单位。[1]
