礤上村在梅州市平远县热柘镇的东南部，是镇辖行政村之一，下设4个村民小组，登记201户、762人，面积11.15平方千米，耕地约500亩。[1]

村里种水稻和李，金柚、李是特色收入。上一年农村经济总收入391.9万元。[1]集体增收靠招商：外资在村里建起绿叶天然食品公司，每年给村集体添3000元。[1]
