翻新村是广东省梅州市五华县龙村镇下辖的行政村，村址在登畲圩往东北7公里处。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

关于村名，博雅地名网的说法是：据说清初有潘姓人在此居住，在雷公肚一带种早稻、茶叶；清末潘姓迁走，刘姓迁入，温姓也由登畲等地迁来耕种；1950年「潘公田」改称翻新，取重新开始之意。[1]

建置方面：1949至1970年与黄狮村合设龙村公社的黄新大队，1970至1977年转属登畲公社；1977年分出为翻新大队，之后依次改乡、管理区；1999年成村委会，原属登畲镇，2003年划归龙村镇。[1]

全村辖7个村民小组，总面积10.96平方公里，耕地430亩。[1]
