兴民村是广东省梅州市五华县龙村镇下辖的行政村，村址在硝芳圩往东北3公里处。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

关于村名，博雅地名网的说法是：起初温姓三房子孙不和，叫作三派；解放后改称新民；1981年「新」改「兴」，取兴旺之意。[1]

建置方面：1958年称新民大队；因与五华县内另一处同名，经上级政府批准，1981年改称兴民；1999年起为兴民村民委员会。[1]
